About
Jildo Tim Hof’s (1989) interest lies in architectural space and finding poetry in the mundane. His work is characterized by a minimalist approach. Starting from a documentary perspective, he searches for the boundary between reality and fiction. Through the use of light and shadow, abstraction and suggestion, time seems to condense.
He combines personal, documentary projects with applied interior and architectural photography. Alongside his visual practice, he also develops sound design projects, often working with field recordings to explore atmosphere, space, and texture.
